Malcolm is the founder of M3 Logistics commencing operations in 2003. Malcolm is responsible for property, risk aversion, head office management and client relationships. Malcolm has over 20 years experience within the whitegoods and FMCG supply chain function at the National level. Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Wollongong University.

Scott joined M3 Logistics in 2007 and is responsible for the financial reporting and commercial management of the company. Scott has over 10 years experience in senior financial and commercial roles within the FMCG and Pharmaceutical industries. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting and has been a member of the CPA Australia since 2001.

Hai joined M3 Logistics as Chief Operating Officer in 2018 and is responsible for all operations of the business. Hai has over 20 years experience in the Warehousing and Logistics industry in key leadership roles both in Australia and Asia.

Kerrie Blanch joined M3 Logistics in 2017 and is responsible for all aspects of People and Culture including strategy, organisational development and coaching, policies, processes, payroll and Work Health and Safety.

Kerrie has over 20 years experience in Senior Human Resource roles both in the UK and Australia, and in many industries including Pharmaceuticals, Food , IT and Engineering. Kerrie has also owned a HR Consulting business; has a Degree in Science and Diploma in HR. She is also a member of IML and Certified Member of AHRI.
